Salem Cohousing is an affordable cohousing development project  designed to help single family households achieve intergenerational economic security.

1 in every 3 children living in Winston-Salem, NC live in poverty and 41% of Forsyth County workers do not earn sufficient wages to meet their families’ regular day to day needs even when working full-time.
